Thursday, 12/3/09: Today we have been invited to present to the Rotary Clubs of Daytona Beach West in the morning and to DeLand at lunchtime.
DeLand is county seat of Volusia County and home to Stetson University and The Museum of Florida Art. Here we had the opportunity to meet with local artist Jackson Walker (more information here), who gave as an exclusive tour to his fine paintings focusing on Floridian history in the Volusia County Historic Courthouse. Afterwards we met some special new friends at the in Reptile Discovery Center DeLand… (more information including youtube video of what we saw here)
